  • 1½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 4 cups apples (peeled and diced)
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • Caramel sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. For the crust, mix flour and brown sugar; cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. For the filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, sour cream, heavy cream, flour, and eggs; mix until just combined.
  4. Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon. Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the crust, add half of the apple mixture, then layer with remaining fillings.
  5. Bake for about 50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
  6. Cool completely before slicing; drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
