  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in apple cider and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
  6. Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
