  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Pat the beef tenderloin dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

  4. Transfer the seared beef to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, checking that it reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C).
