  • 1 ½ teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon neutral oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
  • 3/4 cup cornstarch
  • neutral oil for frying

Instructions
