  • 100 grams crumbled blue cheese
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese

  • 68 sprigs fresh thyme leaves

  • Sea salt and cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C (350F) or 200C (390F) for non-fan forced ovens.
  2. Drizzle honey over each sheet of puff pastry.
  3. Evenly distribute walnuts, blue cheese, Parmesan, thyme leaves, sea salt, and cracked pepper on the pastry.
  4. Roll each sheet tightly and cut in half lengthwise.
  5. Twist each half into a coil shape on parchment paper.
