  • 8 mozzarella string cheese sticks (or equivalent cheese cubes)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 small cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley and basil (chopped)
  • Marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut mozzarella sticks into 1-inch pieces or use cheese cubes as is.
  3. Divide pizza dough into approximately 32 pieces.
  4. Flatten each piece of dough, place cheese in the center, and wrap the dough around it; pinch closed and roll into a ball.
  5. Arrange rolls seam side down on the baking sheet.
