  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Boil a large pot of water. Cook penne until al dente according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add heavy cream and ranch seasoning; whisk until slightly thickened (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Stir in chicken and half each of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses until melted.
  5. Combine the creamy mixture with the cooked pasta in the baking dish; season with salt and black pepper.
