  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 to 4 ½ cups potatoes, diced into ½ inch chunks
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
