  • 4 bone-in beef chops
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 heaping tsp thyme
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In three shallow dishes, combine flour with spices in the first dish, whisk eggs in the second dish, and place panko in the third dish.
  3. Pat beef chops dry. Dredge each chop in flour mixture, then dip into egg wash, back into flour, again into egg wash, and finally coat with panko.
  4. Place the coated chops on the prepared baking sheet and spray tops with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
