  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet au jus seasoning
  • 1012 pepperoncini peppers
  • ¼ cup pepperoncini juice (optional)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (sliced)

Instructions

  1. (Optional) Sear the beef chops in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
  2. Place the beef chops in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle ranch and au jus seasonings over the beef.
  4. Pour pepperoncini juice around the chops if using, then scatter the peppers on top.
  5. Top with sliced butter pats.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1-2 hours until beef reaches 145°F.
