  • 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts, roughly chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small crock pot. Start with the spinach and artichoke at the bottom.
  2. Add cream cheese cubes, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours. Stir after 1 hour to ensure even cooking.
  4. Once done, stir again and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving warm.
