  • 907 g yellow potatoes (scrubbed and quartered)
  • 120 g yellow onion (diced)
  • 340 g smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 2 cans cut green beans (drained, 14.5 oz each)
  • 113 g unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • Italian dressing seasoning mix
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Place quartered potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Add diced onions and toss to coat.
  2. Layer sliced smoked sausage on top of the potatoes followed by drained green beans. Sprinkle the Italian dressing seasoning evenly over the top.
  3. Place the stick of butter directly on top without stirring.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours until potatoes are fork-tender.
  5. Gently stir before serving to combine flavors.
