  • 23 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 pounds)
  • 12-ounce bottle of parmesan garlic sauce
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk (2% or whole milk)
  • 16 oz rotini pasta

Instructions

  1. Spray the crockpot insert with nonstick cooking spray and place the chicken breasts inside.
  2. Top with parmesan garlic sauce, grated parmesan cheese, and cream cheese.
  3. Fill the empty sauce bottle with milk, shake to mix, and pour over the ingredients in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks or an electric hand mixer.
  6. Prepare rotini pasta according to package directions; drain but do not rinse.
  7. Stir cooked pasta into the creamy chicken mixture until well combined, adjusting consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
