  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 8 slices chicken bacon
  • 8 ounces short pasta
  • 1 cup pickles
  • 1 cup mini cucumbers
  • 1 cup mild cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onions
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the short pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle brine, yellow mustard, salt, and sugar until smooth.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken bacon until crispy. Let cool slightly before chopping.
