Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 30 round dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Allow dumpling wrappers to soften at room temperature.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ginger, sesame oil, and salt until well mixed. Stir in scallions.
