  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 lb turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat, then scramble the egg mixture until cooked through.
  4. Cook turkey bacon in the same skillet until crispy; chop into smaller pieces.
  5. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking pan. Sprinkle half of the cheese over them.
  6. Layer scrambled eggs and turkey bacon on top of the cheese, then add remaining cheese before placing the top buns over everything.
  7. Mix melted butter with maple syrup and brush it over the tops of the sliders.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
