  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 lb chicken or turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; scramble the egg mixture until fully cooked.
  4. Cook chicken or turkey bacon in the skillet until crispy; cut into pieces.
  5. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place bottom halves in the baking pan. Sprinkle with half the cheese.
  6. Layer scrambled eggs and bacon on top, then add remaining cheese before placing top halves of rolls.
  7. Brush melted butter mixed with maple syrup over the tops of the sliders.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown; let cool slightly before serving warm.
