  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (plus more for topping)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Boil the linguini according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, sour cream, and chicken broth. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in half of the shredded cheeses and the cooked chicken into the sauce mixture.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and mix well until everything is coated.
  6. Butter a casserole dish and pour in the pasta mixture evenly.
  7. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
