  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  4. Spoon the cooked beef over the cheddar cheese and add mozzarella on top.
  5. Roll the dough into a log shape and seal the seams tightly.
  6. Brush melted garlic butter over the exterior of the roll.
  7. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving hot.
