  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese (cubed)
  • 4 ounces shredded Muenster or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried ground sage

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and coat a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Cook the beef sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add sour cream, cream cheese, Velveeta, shredded cheese, chives, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and sage to the sausage. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
