Ingredients
Scale
4 salmon filets (skin on)
1 garlic clove (minced)
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sriracha
3 tablespoons water
1/2 tablespoon olive oil (for pan frying)
Instructions
In a ziplock bag, combine salmon, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and water. Seal the bag and shake gently to mix the ingredients well. Refrigerate for about an hour to marinate.
Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Remove the salmon from the marinade, discarding any leftovers. Place salmon skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes before flipping to cook through.
Alternatively, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
