  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 cups cooked and chopped turkey
  • one small tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup grated pecorino romano cheese
  • Crackers, sliced baguette, vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, grated nutmeg, 1 cup of shredded white cheddar cheese, and chopped turkey until well mixed.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a glass or ceramic baking dish.
  4. Top with chopped tomato, crumbled turkey bacon, remaining cheddar cheese, and grated pecorino romano cheese.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
