  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts (thinly pounded)
  • 4 slices Turkey Chicken Ham
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese (or Provolone/Gruyère)
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (gluten-free option available)
  • 2 Eggs (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts between plastic wrap until thin.
  3. Lay out the chicken and top each with turkey ham and Swiss cheese.
  4. Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs (or milk), and panko breadcrumbs.
