  • 2 racks baby back beef ribs (approx. 4 pounds)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Pat the beef ribs dry with paper towels.
