  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chopped Oreos
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare your pan.
  2. Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract.
  4. Mix in dry ingredients until just combined and fold in chopped Oreos.
  5. Spread evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 22–30 minutes until golden brown.
