  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Pour the seasoning mix over the wings along with olive oil and baking powder. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
