  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg. Reserve 2 tablespoons of this mixture.
  3. Stir in the chopped pecans until well-coated.
  4. Unroll crescent dough into triangles on the baking sheet. Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll towards the narrow end.
  5. Bake rolls for about 8 minutes until they just start to set.
  6. Brush with the reserved mixture and bake for an additional 5 minutes until lightly golden brown.
