Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a mixing bowl, cut together butter, white sugar, flour, and pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. Press this mixture evenly into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake for about 20 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. For the filling, combine sweetened condensed milk, corn syrup, brown sugar, and pumpkin purée in a double boiler over low-medium heat. Stir until thickened (about 10 minutes) then pour over the baked crust and let cool completely.
  3. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler until smooth. Pour it over the cooled filling and spread evenly. Allow to set before cutting into squares.
