  • 180 g firm tofu
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 small carrots
  • ¼ small green cabbage
  • 2 spring onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: Shred cabbage and carrots finely. Dice garlic and mushrooms. Crumble tofu into small pieces.
  2. Sauté the Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté mushrooms until browned. Add all vegetables and crumbled tofu; season with salt, pepper, and grated ginger.
  3. Season Mixture: Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil; add chopped spring onions and set aside to cool.
  4. Wrap Dumplings: Soak rice paper sheets in water until soft. Place on a damp surface, add filling, fold to create packets.
