  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
  • 2 heads cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Drizzle olive oil over salmon filets and season with cajun seasoning.
