  • 90 Club crackers
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Maldon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9 x 13 inch pan by lining it with parchment paper and spraying with nonstick spray.
  2. Layer the bottom of the pan with Club crackers.
  3. In a medium-sized heavy-bottomed pan, melt butter, brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and heavy cream over medium heat, stirring constantly until it reaches a boil; allow it to boil for about 7 minutes.
  4. Pour half of the caramel mixture over the first layer of crackers; quickly add another layer of crackers on top.
  5. Repeat with the remaining caramel mixture and another layer of crackers.
  6. Refrigerate until set while preparing the chocolate topping.
  7. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter; heat until melted and smooth.
  8. Spread the melted chocolate over the bars and sprinkle Maldon sea salt on top.
  9. Chill again for 1-2 hours before cutting into squares.
