  • 24 oz fresh green beans (ends trimmed)
  • 3 Tbsp salted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan, add the fresh green beans and fill with 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same frying pan, melt the salted butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Return the drained green beans to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and toss everything together. Sauté for an additional 2–3 minutes until some beans are crispy.
