- 14 oz chicken or turkey sausage, sliced
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large sheet pan.
- Arrange the sausage slices, sweet potato cubes, and broccoli on the sheet pan.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar; simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Drizzle the sauce over the sausage and vegetables; season with salt and pepper. Toss everything to coat evenly.
- Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes or until tender and caramelized. Garnish with parsley before serving.
