  • 1 ranch seasoning packet
  • 1 Au Jus gravy seasoning packet
  • 1/3 cup pepperoncini juice
  • 10 pepperoncini peppers
  • 4 tablespoons butter (cut into slivers)

  1. Trim excess fat from the Boston Butt and place it in a slow cooker.
