  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup gouda cheese (fresh grated)
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese (fresh grated)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (fresh grated)
  • ¼ cup melted butter (for topping)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
