  • 5 slices Provolone cheese
  • 9 oz thin sliced deli chicken
  • 6 oz spicy turkey pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup diced roasted red bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini rings
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • Coarse ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare the roasted red bell peppers and pepperoncini by patting them dry and tossing them with black pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls into triangles and arrange them in a circle on a pizza pan.
  4. Layer on Provolone cheese, folded chicken slices, spicy turkey pepperoni, the prepared pepper mixture, and top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bring the points of the triangles up around the filling to seal it in. Brush with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
