  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz each), softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 16 oz Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Stir in the melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Spread the pretzel mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until bubbling. Allow it to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip until fully incorporated and refrigerate.
  5. When ready to serve, fold in sliced strawberries and half of the pretzel crunch mixture. Top with remaining pretzel crunch.
