  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (for crumb topping)
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for crumb topping)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for crumb topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
