  • 6 Jalapenos
  • 1/4 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Juice of 1 Lime

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the jalapenos and chopped onion; boil for about 10 minutes until softened.
  2. Carefully remove the jalapenos and cut off their stems.
  3. In a blender, combine the boiled onion, jalapenos, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, a splash of boiling liquid, vegetable oil, and lime juice.
