  • 1 lb cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 2 cloves roasted garlic
  • 10 oz short pasta (such as Paccheri or rigatoni)
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives (sliced)
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
