  • 3 tbsp spicy honey

  • Chili flakes

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine ricotta and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Process until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lightly grease a microwave-safe bowl with olive oil. Add spicy honey and microwave for about 20-30 seconds until warmed.
  3. Transfer the whipped ricotta to a shallow serving bowl and smooth it into an even layer using a spatula.
  4. Drizzle the remaining olive oil on top and then pour over the warm honey.
  5. Garnish with coarse sea salt, chili flakes, and chopped fresh parsley to taste. Serve with crostini or your favorite bread.
