Ingredients
Scale
2 lbs chicken wings
2 tablespoons corn starch
2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon lemon zest
Juice from half of a lemon
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a mixing bowl or Ziploc bag, combine cornstarch, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, and salt. Toss wings until fully coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer. Bake for about 45 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
While the wings bake, melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, remaining lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
Once the wings are done baking, toss them in the prepared sauce until evenly coated.
