  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • Juice from half of a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and toss them in a bowl with cornstarch, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, and salt until thoroughly coated.
  3. Spread the coated wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  5. While wings bake, melt unsalted butter in a saucepan and stir in lemon zest, juice, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
