2 lbs chicken wings
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon lemon zest
Juice from half of a lemon
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and toss them in a bowl with cornstarch, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, and salt until thoroughly coated.
Spread the coated wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
While wings bake, melt unsalted butter in a saucepan and stir in lemon zest, juice, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
