  • 3 2/3 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 8 tbsp salted butter (softened)
  • 6 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Make a paste with milk, hot water, and bread flour; set aside.
  2. Warm milk and combine with yeast in a bowl.
  3. Mix paste, sugar, melted butter, egg, and salt into yeast mixture.
  4. Gradually add flour while kneading until smooth.
