  • 3 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)

  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish
  • 3 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • â…“ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon coriander

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced celery, red bell pepper, onion, and sweet relish. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine mustard, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and coriander until smooth.
  4. Add the cooled macaroni to the vegetable mixture and pour the dressing over it. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour (overnight is best) before serving.
