  • 3 large ripe peaches
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Halve the peaches and remove the pits. Arrange them cut-side up in the greased dish.
  3. Place about 3/4 teaspoon of salted butter in the center of each peach half.
  4. In a small bowl, combine light brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle this mixture over the peaches.
  5. Bake for 10–13 minutes until soft and golden.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm, optionally topped with ice cream, whipped cream, or caramel sauce.
