  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned salmon for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. While cooking, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey or maple syrup (if using), and rice vinegar or lime juice in a bowl to create the Bang Bang Sauce.
  4. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the skillet and drizzle generously with the sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
