  • 1 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp White pepper (ground)
  • 2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp Garlic butter (homemade)
  • 1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Salted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yum yum sauce one day in advance for optimal flavor blending.
  2. Blend or process the garlic butter until smooth.
  3. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add neutral oil.
  4. Season both sides of the steaks with sea salt and white pepper.
  5. Sear the steaks for about 2 minutes on each side until they form a crust.
