  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 6 slices deli chicken
  • 4 dill pickles (sandwich slices)
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1½ cups leftover pulled beef
  • â…“ cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet, whisk orange juice with cumin, oregano, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Add pulled beef and heat until bubbly.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and honey.
  3. Spread the sauce on sourdough slices. Layer chicken, dill pickles, pulled beef, and Swiss cheese on two slices; top with remaining slices.
  4. Butter the outer sides of each sandwich.
  5. Grill over medium-high heat until both sides are golden brown (about 5 minutes each).
