  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Pickle juice
  • ¼ cup White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar (Optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 cups Cabbage (Shredded)
  • ½ cup Carrot (Shredded)
  • ½ cup Red bell pepper (Diced)
  • ½ cup Red onion (Diced)
  • ½ cup Dill pickles (Diced)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup pickle juice, ¼ cup white vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar (optional), salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add 5 cups shredded cabbage, ½ cup shredded carrot, ½ cup diced red bell pepper, ½ cup diced red onion, and ½ cup diced dill pickles to the dressing. Toss gently until well coated.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
